I was watching Band-tailed Pigeons alight on my deck when I turned to see this stunning Hooded Oriole surveying the scene. Maybe it’s time to think about an oriole feeder.

I have a 70-200mm lens (with a 2.0 teleconverter) now but used a 70-300 for most of my images in the past.
