North Dakota Moments

Here are some images from a couple of hours spent near Lake Bertha, just west of Fargo. Above, a Black Tern navigates blustery winds left by a passing storm.

Above, A Wilson’s Phalarope zips by as it circles the marsh deciding where to land. Below, an Eastern Kingbird on the hunt returns to a favored perch.
